Goldie Bounce Golf Live with host Liza Churchill.  Liza’s guest isPGA Professional Charlie Lanzetta.  Charlie is the Director of Golf at theRockland Golf Course in Rockland, MA.  ~ www.rocklandgolfcourse.com.  Charlie was inducted into the NEPGA Hall of Fame this week at the awards banquet at theWellesley Country Club.   Liza also chats with Michelle Anderson ~ Owner Pilates Plus of Cape Cod ~ www.pilatesplusofcapecod.com about her 13 week Golf Strength and Conditioning Segment that she’s going to be launching on the Goldie Bounce Golf Show November 7^th.  Each week Michelle will introduce new Pilates based core strengthening  exercises on-air.  She’ll also post corresponding instructional videos on her YouTube Channel ~ PilatesPlusOfCapeCod as well as all the Goldie Bounce Golf Social Media.  How fun is that!  The holidays are coming fast upon us … don’t loose all the work you’ve done this past summer to get in shape!
